Frequently Asked Questions About Promotions

Frequently asked questions about bonuses & offers

No, you don't need a promo code to claim the welcome bonus at kelagor. Simply register, verify your account, and make your first deposit — the bonus will be credited to your account automatically. That's how easy it is with kelagor.

To withdraw bonus funds, you must first meet the wagering requirement. For example, with a 10x wager requirement, a ৳1,000 bonus means you need to place ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing. Cashback and rebate bonuses, however, come with no wagering conditions.

You generally cannot claim a new bonus while one is already active. However, cashback and rebate bonuses run continuously. Once you complete the wagering requirement on a bonus, you can claim the next one. Contact kelagor support for more details.

You'll receive ৳200 as soon as your referred friend registers on kelagor. Once they make their first deposit, an additional ৳300 is credited to your account — that's ৳500 total, straight to your balance. The more your friend plays, the more you can also earn through rebate bonuses.
